Retention Representative

Main requirements:

  • High level English (upper-intermediate+) – MUST;
  • Experience in conversion/retention (at least 6 months) – MUST;
  • Proactive approach to life, teamwork skills;

Main responsibilities:

  • Phone conversations with existing customers (hot leads);
  • Analysis of financial markets and preparation of analytical forecasts on a daily basis;
  • Individual work with clients, presentation, consultation, support, work with complaints;
  • Working with the CRM system;
