Email marketing manager

Main requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in an Email Marketing / Marketing Automation role
  • Basic + knowledge of HTML and content management systems – Must
  • Experience working with B2C Marketing Automation / Email Marketing platforms (Marketo, Twillio, Sendler, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of marketing automation platforms and integrations
  • Data driven, continually seeking to innovate to drive improved results
  • Experience with Google Analytics and understanding of web analytic metrics
  • Self-motivated and goal driven, creative thinker with a positive attitude
  • English- high proficiency level -Must
  • Proven experience at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused online demand programs and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing automation platform and campaigns for lead prospects and customer retention
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Build html newsletters including all company updates
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to /SMS and other channels. minimize unsubscribes rates
  • Lead collection and nurturing, segmentation, targeting, and database management
  • Advanced journey automation from strategy and set-up to testing, analysing and optimizing deliverability and performance
  • Prepare and analyse performance reports using automation system and Google Analytics
  • Analyse contact data and behaviours to find new opportunities for trigger-based emails and drip campaigns in terms of the right segments, events and timing
  • Build and optimize entire workflows, individual emails, templates, forms, and landing pages
  • Ensure emails comply with industry and country policies, best practices and ensure technical deliverability and compliance
